Contemporary Dance
Sydney Langford
Sydney started dancing at the age of 3 with her Aunt Debbie and grew up inside the studio at Stage Door Dance Academy in Chicago. While attending the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, she was part of the nationally competitive dance team that placed 8th in the United States. After graduating in 2010, she moved overseas to Seoul, Where she was an announcer & editor at KBS World Radio. Sydney competed on the 1st season of MNet’s ‘Dancing9’ which filmed for six months. At the same time, she founded Surge Dance Intensive and began holding monthly workshops in Seoul, while also teaching weekly dance classes at various studios. After Dancing9 concluded, she worked commercially for Absolut Electrik, Global Gathering Korea, Roll the Dice Pictures, and more. In 2015, she went on tour with Korean singer, Lee Seungchul, performing at the Sydney Opera House, Roy Thompson hall in Toronto, Orpheum Theater in Vancouver, and Victory Convention Center in Auckland. From the end of 2016 until now, she has been living in Sydney, Australia to train the young dancers at JK Entertainment.

Danny Kim
Born in the U.S., Daniel Kim started dancing at the age of 16. At the age of 19 he began traveling the world as a dancer and speaker. In his career he has performed in over 20 countries, won multiple dance competitions and has taught many dance workshops. Daniel is currently living in Seoul, Korea working as a film director.

Thomaz Chee
Thomaz Chee is an internationally recognized dance choreographer, performing art director and performer. He works with a lot of Korean artists and celebs as a dancer or a co-choreographer, from actors like 이종석 to singers like Beast or 4 minute. He also does a lot of events, showcases, and performances around Korea and often around the world. Currently, he is one of the choreographers for T.I.P crew and the Head of the Performing Arts department for Seoul Scholars International.

Minae Lee
Minae Lee has been studying Korean traditional dance since Middle School and is currently working on her PhD in this field. She is a certified teacher as well. She is a multiple award winner for dance and choreographer over the last ten years. Currently, she works as a dance instructor and organizer for dance festivals in Korea.
